"Max approaches ideas, work, and life with curiosity, open-mindedness, and care. This approach not only inspires his classmates around him, but also his teachers. His desire to seek new information, discuss ideas, and take the risk of delivering on them has been a considerable factor in the success of the classroom."

Brendan Townsend, Junior

"Brendan has positively impacted our school community in his first year at the Castle. He has adapted to a new school and his academics seamlessly, and  He is a leader in the classroom. Brendan’s teachers say he is a role model for his peers, hard working, intelligent, and excellent at asking questions and helping others!"

Javae Landru, Sophomore

"Javae is an outstanding student.  He works hard, asks good questions, utilizes all the support he is provided, and is supportive and encouraging of his classmates.  He is a polite and respectful student and always a joy to teach."

"Izzie has worked to cultivate the family spirit in the classroom every day since she started at Purcell. She always greets her teachers and peers, brings her classmates into discussions, and demonstrates a positive attitude. Izzie is one of only three freshmen selected to be featured in the Black History Month Edition of the Purcell Pen!"
