President Search Update, October 29

We have embarked upon a nationwide search for the next President of Purcell Marian High School. In our endeavor to secure the best and brightest candidates, we have enlisted the services of Partners in Mission School Leadership Search Solutions (Partners in Mission) as our search counsel. Partners in Mission is a nationally recognized full-service consulting firm renowned for excellence in Catholic school leadership, advancement, and enrollment management. Their expertise will ensure a thorough and successful search.

In late September, Shana Rossi, from Partners in Mission, undertook a three-day visit to Purcell Marian to immerse herself in our community and gain deeper insights into our Cavalier culture. Throughout her visit, she engaged with members of leadership, conducted focus groups with diverse constituents, and held individual discussions with faculty, staff, students, parents, alumni, and board members.

Our efforts this autumn have significantly contributed to informing the Search Committee and developing a Search Prospectus for the President position, which is now available for distribution.
