Instructor/Assistant Director of the Career Initiatives Program (CIP)

Full-Time or Part-Time Position – 2022-2023 School Year

Purcell Marian seeks applicants for: Instructor and Assistant Director of the Career Initiatives Program (CIP) (full-time or part-time).

The goal of the Career Initiatives Program (CIP) is to help students who are preparing for graduation to gain skills and experience needed for non-college bound career pathways.  Our ultimate goal is to grow the CIP into a premier career preparation program.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, student-centered professionals with field, industry or work experience in any of the following fields:

• Healthcare
• Construction
• IT/Help Desk
• Cosmetology, or 
• Other trade-related career pathways.  

Duties would include:

• Instructional duties for 1 or 2 classes
• Program development and administrative support
• Partner outreach
• Partner relationship development, and 
• Event planning around career-oriented programming for our students. 

This is initially a part time position, with the potential for full time employment, depending on the skills and qualifications of the candidate.
