Rob was born the fifth of six children in Michigan, but grew up in Colorado and then settled in Cincinnati. He had 17 years of Catholic education, including at Moeller High School and the University of Dayton.  Rob has an extensive professional background in the food and beverage and met his wife, Cindy, while they both were working at a hotel in New York. Today, they live in Pleasant Ridge with their cat and dog, and son, Nic, a PM graduate who is studying secondary education at Ohio University.
