Purcell Marian High School partners with W.G. Grinders, a Dayton-based deli caterer, as our food service provider. Lunch menus provide freshly-made options for our students, including hot sandwiches, salads, and wraps.

To pay for lunch, W.G. Grinders offers the ability to pay by credit card or cash at the lunch-line register, or they provide the ability of parents to set up a school lunch account for their students.  Creating a school lunch account allows you to make deposits directly into your student’s account online. Here you can track what your student has been eating for the past 30 days, transfer funds between students, and have an email reminder sent to you when the account balance gets low. Guardians can make deposits and payments through ACH (checking/savings) or Credit/Debit Card.

NEW for the 2024-2025 School Year - W.G. Grinders will be using new cafeteria software.  Your students lunch account will now be managed through Meal Magic (the myschoolaccount.com payment portal will no longer exist).  As a next step, all families will need to sign up for the new Meal Magic payment portal at https://wggrinders.familyportal.cloud/Please refer to the Meal Magic guide (linked here) for directions on how to set up and use your lunch account.

Once your account is created, you can add your student by locating their student ID in RenWeb.  You must put a Purcell Marian prefix of “600” in front of your student's ID number when adding your student to your account.

Note: Any money remaining on your student’s lunch account at the end of the school year will show up on your account for the next school year automatically.  There is nothing that you need to do for this to happen.

If you have any questions, please contact WG Grinders at wggrinders@wggrindersdayton.com for additional information or assistance.
